1.  The width of the adhesive opening of the carton should match the width of the rubber wheel.  In the process of automatic box gluing, the width of the glue opening of the carton should meet the requirements of the box gluer.  Too wide or narrow will affect the quality of the box.  Too narrow will cause glue overflow;  too wide distortion will affect the pre-bending to a certain extent, the effect, the concentricity of the glue wheel should ensure accurate packaging and anti-counterfeiting, and the knurling of the edge should be free of wear to ensure uniform glue application.

2.  Before gluing, make sure that the conveying plan of the sticky edge of the carton is parallel to the conveyor belt.

3.  The gap between the upper and lower rubber wheels and the amount of glue should be properly packaged to ensure that the glue layer is thin and even.
