1. Product Overview

Auto folder gluer is a mechanical equipment specially used to fold and glue the printed and die-cut cardboard. Through the automatic control system, it realizes the automation of a series of process flows from paper feeding, gluing, folding to forming, counting, etc., which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs.

2. Working Principle

After the equipment starts the power supply, the entire conveyor belt starts to move, and the die-cut semi-finished paper box is placed at the paper feeding position of the gluer. Subsequently, the conveyor belt automatically feeds a single box sheet into the middle belt. If the paper box has been surface treated by lamination or glazing, the glue gun can glue the inner edge at the same time in the middle section. Finally, the conveyor belt transports the paper box to the back section of the glue box for pressurized packaging to complete the entire glue box process.
