The use process of the folding carton machine involves multiple steps and precautions to ensure packaging quality and efficiency.
First, make sure that the folding carton machine has undergone the necessary preparations, including power connection, tape loading and tension adjustment. These steps are the basis for using the folder gluer and ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
Next, adjust the width and height of the folder gluer according to the required packaging size, which is usually achieved by turning the adjustment screw. At the same time, adjust the conveyor speed to ensure that it matches the speed of the production line to maintain production efficiency.
Place the carton on the feeding table of the folder gluer, making sure that the bottom of the carton is aligned with the conveyor belt and the opening direction is consistent with the required packaging direction. This is a key step to ensure packaging quality.
As the carton passes through the equipment, the tape is automatically stretched and attached to the top and bottom of the carton to complete the gluing operation. This process requires ensuring that the carton remains centered on the conveyor belt to avoid packaging quality problems caused by bias.
After gluing, the packaging quality needs to be checked, including the uniformity of the tape, the firmness of the carton, and seamless gluing. This includes observing whether the tape is uniform, not loose or too tight, and gently tapping the carton to check for loose sounds, and checking whether the four corners of the carton are firmly glued.
Finally, record the packaging date and time of each production batch, the carton specifications used, and the tape model, etc., for traceability and quality control. These records are essential for product tracking and quality control.
When using the folding carton machine, you must also pay attention to safe operation, avoid contact with moving parts when the machine is running, and ensure personnel safety. At the same time, regular equipment maintenance and care are also the key to ensuring the long-term and stable operation of the machine.
